After waiving defensive lineman Gabe Wright the other day to make room for a center, he cleared waivers on Thursday and the Cleveland Browns re-signed him to the practice squad.
To make room for Wright, the team released wide receiver Darius Jennings from the practice squad. Jennings saw some work with the club in 2015, but with the team having drafted four rookie receivers this season, his odds at making the final roster were slim. Cleveland still has wide receiver Josh Boyce on their practice squad if they need a receiver for the scout team offense.
