4:00 PM ET has come and gone, and the Cleveland Browns decided to stand pat with their roster at the trade deadline.
#Browns make no more trades today. Joe Thomas, Joe Haden still here, #Browns still own suspended WR Josh Gordon's rights

Earlier in the day, Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network had reported that CB Joe Haden and CB Tramon Williams were being discussed in trade scenarios. Both of them, along with LT Joe Thomas and WR Josh Gordon, remain with the club. The only player one could still see something happening to is Gordon — if the league decides to re-instate him, Cleveland might just end up releasing him (aside: I would still personally want to retain him).
All things considered, the Browns were still very active around the trade deadline as buyers when they acquired LB Jamie Collins on Monday. Very few moves tend to actually go through at the deadline, and Cleveland made the type of move that I think nobody could have seen coming (in a good way).
