Injury Notes
- Nobody has been ruled out for the Browns, and the only position worth doing a double take at is cornerback. Jamar Taylor, who missed last week’s game against Baltimore with a groin injury, was limited on Wednesday and Thursday, but was a full participant on Friday. Tramon Williams is listed as questionable with a knee injury, but he did not practice all week. I’d expect Joe Haden and Briean Boddy-Calhoun to play the outside, with Taylor in the slot, for nickel situations.
- The Steelers have five players who are ruled out: DE Cameron Heyward (pectoral), WR Darius Heyward-Bey (foot), S Shamarko Thomas (groin), WR Markus Wheaton (shoulder), and RB DeAngelo Williams (knee).
- The biggest lost for Pittsburgh is Heyward, a starter who is now out for the year. The rest of the players are depth players; Williams is recovering from knee surgery, so if something were to happen to Le’Veon Bell, the team would be really thin at the position.
