The Cleveland Browns received the ball first in windy FirstEnergy Stadium, and QB Cody Kessler actually looked to throw the ball downfield! He hit WR Terrelle Pryor once for 38 yards, but then on 3rd-and-17, he was picked off near the end zone. Pittsburgh then had an “all-Le’Veon Bell drive” to march down the field, but they had to settle for a 32-yard field goal to go up 3-0.
A penalty gave the Browns new life on their next drive, and they are trying to respond heading to the second quarter.
