According to Alex Marvez of FOX Sports, the Cleveland Browns have hired Eric Sanders as a defensive assistant:
This past season, Sanders was a defensive assistant at Stanford. When Hue Jackson was the Oakland Raiders' head coach in 2010, Sanders worked with him as an offensive assistant, primarily helping with the tight ends. His experience since 2011 has shifted over to the other side of the ball.
The hiring of Sanders likely completes the Browns' defensive coaching staff. It wouldn't be a surprise to see the team officially announce Ray Horton's staff soon, at which point we will put together a comprehensive list of the staff.
