According to Dan Duggan, a Rutgers beat writer for NJ Advance Media, the Cleveland Browns are among the teams who have shown the most interest in WR Leonte Carroo at the NFL Combine. He also says they conducted a formal meeting with the 6-0, 211 pound receiver:
Carroo has formally met with the Jets, Giants, Patriots and Browns at the Combine.

Carroo is projected to be a third-round pick in this year's draft. At the NFL Combine, he noted how close he is to Bengals WR Mohamed Sanu, and also talked about what type of receiver he thinks he compares to:
(If you had to compare yourself to any wide receiver, active or retired, who would it be?): "I would say I have the body type like Anquan Boldin, but my favorite wide receiver of all time is Marvin Harrison. We don’t have the same body, but I like to compare our games. I don’t think I’ve ever seen him drop a pass. He has great hands, and that’s what I try to do – just catch every ball thrown to me."
(Have you gone back and watched any Mo Sanu or Kenny Britt tape? Have you talked to either of those guys?): "I talk to those guys all the time. I watched a lot of film on them, obviously. Two great Rutgers wide receivers also playing well in the league right now. Mohamed Sanu, he’s a big brother to me. I talked to him right before I came here. He’s always in the bubble [at Rutgers] in the offseason working with us, making sure that he can share some of his NFL knowledge with us. He told me today to just enjoy the process and try to be the best receiver in every single drill."
