Jay Glazer doesn't just throw anything to the wall to see if it sticks. When he reports something, it's often as good as gold. This morning, the FOX Sports insider is reporting that the prevailing feeling among coaches and general managers at the NFL owners meeting is that the Cleveland Browns will sign Robert Griffin III:
Prevailing feeling among coaches and GMs here in Boca at NFL owners mtg is that most expect Browns to be able to get deal done w RG3

One of the coaches who may feel that way is Jay Gruden, the head coach of the Washington Redskins and a former colleague of Browns head coach Hue Jackson. RGIII was one of Gruden's quarterbacks the past two years:
#Redskins coach Jay Gruden says RG3 would "be a good fit" w/ #Browns Hue Jackson. Believes he can start, change of scenery will do him good

The Jets seem to be the other team in the hunt for RGIII, and one would have to think that the Rams could be a contender for his services if they pursued him. For now, though, the Browns appear to be the front runner, and it's a whole lot closer to getting done than a Colin Kaepernick acquisition.
