Well, you can forget about Barkevious Mingo moving to safety.
When the Cleveland Browns brought defensive coordinator Ray Horton back for 2016, he indicated that the coaches had a plan for the fourth-year linebacker, and that they would see whether he was up to the challenge they set forth for him. It appears as though one of those challenges was a commitment to bulking up. According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, Mingo has increased his weight from 240 pounds to 260 pounds.
