The Browns will lose "The Rabbit" to the Chargers.

Another premier free agent gone.

Top Browns free agents have almost always left the team at first opportunity. This year's free agency period will be no different.

According to multiple reports, Browns free agent wide receiver Travis Benjamin will leave Cleveland to sign with the San Diego Chargers.

Benjamin developed a reputation as one of the speediest players in the league during his four years with the Browns. Accruing the nickname of "The Rabbit" for his quickness, Benjamin finishes his Browns career with 1,683 yards and 10 touchdowns.

More impressively, Benjamin notched three return touchdowns as a Brown, including one in an injury-shortened 2013 campaign.

The Miami (Florida) product dramatically increased his free agency stock with a breakout season in 2015. Benjamin finished the year with 966 yards and five touchdowns, catching passes from three different quarterbacks.

Benjamin will fit in well with the Chargers, especially with the retirement of Malcolm Floyd. Benjamin will also bolster San Diego's lackluster return unit.

So long, Travis. Browns fans will miss your explosive returns and deep pass receptions.
