Stephen Ross finally pulled the plug on Joe Philbin after yet another disappointing start in 2015 and while Dan Campbell turned things around momentarily, it wasn't enough to lock down the job. Miami now turns to Adam Gase, one of the hottest head coaching candidates in the past couple offseasons. Gase will be responsible for elevating Ryan Tannehill out of mediocrity and getting better production across the board from what on paper appears to be a very talented team.

While talented, Miami does have some wholes to fill along with some major contributors hitting the back nine of their careers. I've identified the biggest needs to be CB, LB, S, G, and RB. I chose William Jackson III because he is the best player available while still meeting a need. In my opinion, Jackson is the best cornerback prospect in this class assuming Ramsey is a free safety. I see him starting right away opposite Byron Maxwell in what could be a solid unit if Miami's pass rush does its job.
