2016 NFL Mock Draft: Green Bay Packers Select OLB Noah Spence at No. 27

Noah Spence, OLB, Eastern Kentucky

This is NOT a need per se, but it is a good team taking a falling player and worrying about the need later. Spence has a ton of off the field issues but I have never been the kind of guy to let that stop me. Especially with a locker room with a leader.

Spence can step right in and give the Packers some pass rush. Clay Matthews can Co tinge his role of moving around the defense to OLB to ILB while Spence gets to the QB. In a division that lacks a top of the line Left Tackle, Spence can make an immediate impact which is hard to find this late in the draft.

The Kansas City Chiefs are up next, led by Ted Washington's Belly.
