Greetings from the Super Bowl Champion Denver Broncos!  We have been living the good life out here, relishing our victory.  After the cloud of smoke cleared, and the Papa John's pizzas ran out, we are looking at a team that has lost a significant amount of talent.  We wake up to see that both of our QB's are gone, and several starters on our defense have taken off for new gigs.  If you told Broncos fans that next years starter would be Captain Butt Fumble,  they said you had spent too much time here with Gordon and Manziel on the green stuff.  That being said, with the 31st pick in the 2016 draft The Denver Broncos select..... Robert Nkemdiche, DT from Ole Miss.

You might be saying, why would you take a defensive lineman over a QB???  The answer is fairly simple, The Broncos have shown that they are willing to take the BPA, and work with questionable backgrounds or substance problems (Von Miller, Shane Ray, Aqib Talib).  Second reason to skip the QB is that i don't believe there are 4 QBs worthy of going in the first round.  If Lynch fell here i would run to the podium for him, but he didn't.  Connor Cook could be serviceable, but not worthy of being picked this high.  Thirdly they showed in the playoffs that with their defense, QB play doesn't matter that much.  Manning was horrible, but was able to managed the game enough to let that defense win it.  Sanchez has the ability to be very successful in those types of environments.

Robert will step into the role left vacant by Malik Jackson's exit.  He has the versatility to play DE in a 3 man front, or inside on a 4 man front.  He is an absolute beast physically, but needs help with the mental side of the game.  The Broncos have established leaders on defense that will be able to take his raw talent, and mold it into something great.  Robert has the ability to be a multi-year pro bowler and and all-pro with the right mentorship which the Broncos have.

The Cleveland Browns are up next, led by Adam Rice.
