2016 NFL Draft: Cleveland Browns Trade 4th Round Pick (from No. 100) to Add 5th Rounder

The Cleveland Browns had the No. 100 pick in the fourth round of the 2016 NFL Draft -- it was the second pick of the day. They were set to have back-to-back picks, but after taking LB Joe Schobert at No. 99, the Browns decided to trade the pick to the Oakland Raiders, where Oakland selected QB Connor Cook. The Browns will now be on the clock at No. 114 overall.

According to reports, here are the exact parameters of the trade:

RAIDERS GET:

  • No. 100 from Browns (4th round)

BROWNS GET:

  • No. 114 from Raiders (4th round)
  • No. 154 from Raiders (5th round)

Basically, by moving down 14 picks, the Browns picked up an extra fifth-round pick.
