The Cleveland Browns released a list today of the 14 players who are participating in rookie minicamp on a tryout basis. This is in addition to 32 other players who are there between the team's draft picks, undrafted free agents who were signed to the 90-man roster, and some first-year players who are already on the Browns' roster.
There are 46 players in @Browns camp this weekend:— Dan Murphy (@DMurph_BrownsPR) May 13, 2016
14 draft picks
10 signed undrafted free agents
8 1st-year players
14 tryout players
Only having 14 tryout players is a sharp contrast to 2015, when the team brought in 50 players on a tryout. Cleveland's roster currently stands at 90 players. If the team wants to sign any of the players participating on a tryout basis, the team will have to waive a few of their other players.
Note: Please forgive any typos in the table below, as I manually transcribed all 14 names. The other 32 players in camp can be found here.
