After Thursday’s practice, Cleveland Browns head coach Hue Jackson was asked about the trade rumors surrounding backup quarterback Josh McCown and was somewhat dismissive of the thought:

That doesn’t mean something isn’t cooking behind-the-scenes or at least being flirted with. According to Ed Werder of ESPN, the Browns and Cowboys have discussed trade parameters, but Cleveland’s asking price is too high:
