-Former Browns players on the Bears include QB Brian Hoyer and TE Rob Housler. QB Connor Shaw suffered a broken leg in last week’s game.
-QB Josh McCown played for the Bears from 2011-2013. In 2013, subbing for the injured Jay Cutler, McCown threw 13 touchdowns to only 1 interception.
-This is the 13th consecutive year these two teams have met to close out the preseason.
-Bears offensive coordinator Dowell Loggains was Cleveland’s quarterbacks coach in 2014. Dave Ragone, the Bears' quarterbacks coach, went to St. Ignatius High School.
