Chicago Bears vs. Cleveland Browns - 3rd Quarter Game Thread

With second-stringers in the game, the Bears went down the field and quickly scored a touchdown in the second quarter via a 1-yard rushing touchdown. That gave Chicago a 9-7 lead, and then the rain started pouring out of no where — it really was not in the forecast.

Mid-way through the second quarter, QB Josh McCown was picked off when he threw a third down sideline pass in the direction of WR Josh Gordon. The Bears got in range for another field goal try, which they connected on to take a 12-7 lead. McCown then led a two-minute drill for the Browns, and K Patrick Murray pushed a 31-yard field goal way to the right. Cleveland trails 12-7 heading into the third quarter.
