Injury Notes
- The injury report got even longer for the Cleveland Browns heading into Week 4. Six players have already been listed as OUT for the Browns: QB Josh McCown, WR Corey Coleman, TE Seth DeValve, OL Cameron Erving, DE Carl Nassib, and OLB Nate Orchard.
- The two new players ruled out are DeValve and Orchard. DeValve suffered a knee injury during the week and Orchard rolled his ankle on the final play in overtime against the Dolphins. It doesn’t sound like the Browns will activate a third tight end from the practice squad (i.e. Connor Hamlett), and they’ll only have three outside linebackers up too with Orchard out.
- The other big position to look at is the secondary. CB Tramon Williams is doubtful with a shoulder injury and he did not practice all week. CB Joe Haden was limited all week in practice as he tries to return from a groin injury. The anticipation is that he'll be ready-to-go for Sunday, even if it's just in a reserve role. S Ibraheim Campbell practiced on a limited basis as he tried to return from a hamstring injury. Haden and Campbell are officially listed as questionable.
- The Redskins will be without WR Josh Doctson, OL Shawn Lauvao, DB Bashaud Breeland, and DB Dashaun Phillips. Lauvao had been starting at left guard, so his absence forces some more shuffling on the Redskins’ offensive line.
