Former Cleveland Browns CB K’Waun Williams had a quick fall from grace last season, going from reliable nickelback to being completely at odds with the team. Then, surgery kept him off teams’ radar for the rest of the season, especially after he did not pass a physical with the Chicago Bears.
Now, he’s trying to make a comeback at a time when not many free agents are on the market:
Ex-#Browns CB K'Waun Williams, now fully cleared by Dr. Anderson, is a rare February FA. Visits the #Lions today, then #Jets, source said.

Besides the Lions and Jets, other reports say that the Saints have also shown some interest in him. For that many teams to show interest in Williams after he’s been fully cleared is an indication of how well he played a couple of years ago. As far as a return to Cleveland goes, I think that bridge has been burned to ash.
