The Cleveland Browns held a private workout with Arizona State kicker Zane Gonzalez this past Monday, according to the Tampa Bay Times. Gonzalez is the top-rated kicker in this year’s draft class. He was originally projected to be a 5th of 6th round draft pick, but that could have changed after he had a strong pro day.
Zane Gonzalez Pro Day: Height & length of his kicks is impressive. NFL scouts in attendance commented to each other about his big leg (1/2).

Zane Gonzalez Pro Day: Accurate FGs went over things they shouldn't have & hit things at distance they shouldn't have be able to hit (2/2).

Cleveland extended the contracts of their punter and long snapper this offseason, and still have K Cody Parkey on the roster. While Parkey had a good end to 2017, Cleveland could be looking to bring in competition via the draft.
