A few days ago, it was reported that the Cleveland Browns hosted free agent safety Bradley McDougald for a visit. With the team already having lost out on several top safeties in this year’s free agent class, they’ve now also lost out on McDougald. According to Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports, the Browns had an offer on the table for McDougald, but he opted to sign a 1-year deal with the Seattle Seahawks instead.

Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network says the deal is worth just $2 million.
That doesn’t mean Cleveland is completely out of the free agent market just yet. This morning, Lane Adkins of The OBR noted on Twitter that the Browns are in talks with a free agent defensive back and offensive lineman.
