Hue Jackson and Ohio State safety Malik Hooker first touched base last week at the university’s pro day. During a radio interview on Thursday, Hooker confirmed that he’s traveling to Cleveland today to spend time with the club through Friday afternoon:

There’s no doubt in my mind that the Browns would love to have Hooker. However, with his stock on the rise, it seems doubtful that he’d still be available at No. 12 overall. Cleveland is still doing their due diligence for any scenario that could arise, though, including a possible trade up in case he’s still on the board in the top ten.
