According to ESPN’s Adam Caplan, the Cleveland Browns are expected to sign veteran WR Kenny Britt when free agency begins later today:

The deal for Britt would be worth over $8 million per year:
Once finalized with Browns, Britt's expected terms: 4 years, $32.5m, $17m gtd.

Britt was a player I thought about including on my free agency wishlist, but I prevented myself from doing so because I kind of felt it might mean there would be less of a chance of WR Terrelle Pryor returning. Signing Britt should not preclude Pryor from returning, but it’s a bit eerie how similar their production was in 2016.
Last year, Pryor caught 77 passes for 1,007 yards and 4 touchdowns. With the Rams, Britt caught 68 passes for 1,002 yards and 5 touchdowns.
