Browns sign 4 players to practice squad, tracking other interests

We will have a more complete posting once the full practice squad is known, but for now, we wanted to report that the Cleveland Browns confirmed the signing of 4 players to their practice squad on Sunday:

• RB Terrence Magee
• TE J.P. Holtz
• OLB Deon King
• CB Najee Murray

Surprisingly, no receivers like WR Jordan Leslie, WR Jordan Payton, or WR Rannell Hall made it. Also missing is promising MLB Kenneth Olugbode. The team’s other six practice squad moves could come from other free agents, or the players the team cut today to make room for their waiver claims. That would include WR Rashard Higgins, DL Tyrone Holmes, CB Darius Hillary, and FS Kai Nacua.
