Earlier in the week, we heard that the Cleveland Browns were interviewing a running backs coach from TCU. It appears that the Browns are really serious about their next running backs coach being from the college ranks, as Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network reported that the club just interviewed LSU’s Tommie Robinson:
#LSU running backs coach/assistant HC Tommy Robinson just completed an interview with the #Browns for their RB position, source said. Would be an intriguing hire for Cleveland, big loss for the Tigers.

Robinson does have some NFL experience. From 1998-2000, he was the Dallas Cowboys an offensive assistant, helping with wide receivers and special teams. From 2010-2012, he was a running backs coach with the Arizona Cardinals.
