Wow! That one was fun, as our beloved Cleveland Browns did something they had not done since 1990, and defeated the Denver Broncos in prime time, 17-16. I get into it all in my postgame edition of Ez Does it.
Baker Mayfield had a lot of positive press coming into this one, and really did not live up to it in the first half. Really just seemed off. However, he composed himself and came out in the 2nd half improved and along with an inspired effort by the defense (with a key contribution from Jabrill Peppers, who had his best day as a pro) was able to pull out this tough fault battle, keeping our (mostly imaginary) playoff hopes alive.
