• Briean Boddy-Calhoun led all CBs in fewest targets per route (Browns Wire) - “The Cleveland Browns excellent slot corner saw the ball thrown his direction just 32 times in 328 routes, according to Pro Football Focus charting. The 9.4 percent target rate bested Josh Norman and Patrick Peterson for the top spot in 2017.”
• Johnny Manziel blames NFL downfall on depression, says he’s bipolar (Cleveland.com) - “Former Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel blamed depression for the substance abuse and erratic behavior that led to the demise of his NFL career following the 2015 season.”

(dawgsbynature.com) - “Nashville Public Radio also asked Satterfield what the trial’s result will mean for Haslam’s ability to remain legally unscathed, as he has managed to do thus far. Haslam has long-maintained having no knowledge of the rebate scam, but evidence to the contrary was presented during the former employees’ trial, including Brian Mosher (“one of the biggest fraudsters in this scheme,” per Satterfield) testifying that he showed Haslam actual spreadsheets detailing the scam as well as a secret recording that includes Haslam speaking about “something related to a fraud committed by another sales executive.”

• Potential Browns draft pick Saquon Barkley signs with Nike (cleveland.com) - “If the Browns were to take Penn State running back Saquon Barkley in the 2018 NFL Draft, it appears the team would have a mainstream star in the making on its hands. At least Nike seems to think so.”
• Indianapolis Colts hire Frank Reich to be next coach (NFL.com) - “One of the guiding forces behind the Philadelphia Eagles’ Super Bowl victory will be the next head coach of the Indianapolis Colts.”
• Reuben Foster Arrested on Suspected Domestic Violence, Weapon Charges (Bleacher Report) - “the San Francisco Chronicle first reported the news Sunday, noting Foster is being held without bail. Robert Salongaof the Mercury News added Foster was also charged on suspicion of possessing an assault rifle.”
