Day 2 of NFL Free Agency has come and gone, and it was a day that primarily focused on all of the Cleveland Browns’ new players being ushered in to Berea and beginning their media obligations. Stay tuned to Day 3 of our free agency live blog — remember that newer updates will appear at the top.
2018 Browns Free Agency Live Blog - Day 3
8:32 PM: The Packers made an offer to CB Kyle Fuller, but the Bears matched it. He’ll stay in Chicago.
On the #Bears and CB Kyle Fuller: Getting a 4-year deal for $56M is a huge win for him and his team. It’s impossible to get this done on the transition tag and they did it using the #Packers structure. For $14M a year, Fuller has security. Big day for all.

7:25 PM: Just saw this from earlier today — now we know why the Browns decided not to go after CB Bashaud Breeland.
Almost #Panthers CB Bashaud Breeland cut his foot in a non-football injury and it got infected, source said. He is now a few months away from being able to pass a physical. Brutal.

7:16 PM: The Patriots continue to add talent this offseason. They just signed RB Jeremy Hill, and now they continue to improve their defensive line by adding DE Adrian Clayborn:
The #Patriots are signing #Falcons free agent DE Adrian Clayborn to a 2-year deal worth $12M, source said.

6:30 PM: The Baltimore Ravens signed WR Michael Crabtree, officially screwing over WR Ryan Grant:
Ravens giving WR Michael Crabtree a three-year, $21 million deal, including $15 million in first two years and $11 million guaranteed ($7M signing bonus), per source. Deal could be worth up to $20 million in first two years.

10:45 AM: The Bills GM decided to consult with the Browns’ head coach before signing QB A.J. McCarron. Given the whole situation of them trading QB Tyrod Taylor to us and Hue’s love for McCarron, it seems a bit funny/odd. Nothing wrong with it, just amusing when you think of those things.
Also, Bills GM Brandon Beane said he consulted with Browns coach Hue Jackson, and a couple other coaches who'd worked with him on QB AJ McCarron before signing him this week.

8:53 AM: If you’re trying to look something to hang up related to LT Joe Thomas, you can start by trying to find a copy of yesterday’s Plain Dealer, with this thank you message included.

8:45 AM: Good morning, Browns fans! We’ll see how much news comes out today. The biggest thing we are still monitoring is what will happen with WR Terrelle Pryor. Cleveland has already made a high volume of moves, so it’s pretty crazy to think even more could be coming.
