In 2015, former team president Alec Scheiner’s big reveal for the Cleveland Browns’ updated logo was...just a darker shade of orange. And now, three years later, the Miami Dolphins are following in Cleveland’s footsteps:
And this isn’t even a troll job by them! The tagline they are using is, “The orange is darker and richer. A nod to the original color that has adorned the uniform throughout our rich history.”
I actually do think the changes look better for Miami, which you can see more pictures of here. The Browns are in line to go through another bit of logo or uniform re-branding in 2020, after the previous changes didn’t go over too well with the fan base.
