No one can be Gronk but Gesicki is a freak in his own nature. 6’5, 250 pounds and is a bonkers athlete. With Gronk still unsure if he will play this season not to mention his injury history, the Pats have to start thinking about the future. Heck this deal could lead the Pats into trading Gronk later in the draft.
Pokorny: “You never know what the Patriots will do with their personnel. I don’t expect them to trade Gronkowski, but we do know the Patriots have had their moments with dynamic tight end duos, and with the action Gronk has missed at times the past couple of seasons, Gesicki would allow them to not lose the tight end threat completely if something were to happen.”
The Philadelphia Eagles are up next, led by Adam Rice.
