These charges are different from his arrest last week of felony first-degree burglary. He has his arraignment on those charges today after being released on a $50,000 bond. That investigation is ongoing on this charge. The Sheriff’s department has issued a statement that Winslow, Jr.’s statements of that account have varied and have been inconsistent.
