Browns fans split on whether Caleb Brantley or Trevon Coley should start with Larry Ogunjobi

The results from our polls on the defensive line position are in.

During our training camp preview on the running position for the Cleveland Browns, we asked four poll questions about the expectations for several players.

In Part 1 of our preview, we asked about who fans about whether they thought Carl Nassib and Nate Orchard would make the roster in 2018. Overall, 71% believe Nassib will make the roster, while only 17% think Orchard has a shot. 20% of fans believe that neither player will make the roster.

In Part 2 of our preview, we wanted to know which defensive tackle combination fans preferred to see start. Two combinations were tied for first place each having 44% — Larry Ogunjobi & Trevon Coley, and Larry Ogunjobi & Caleb Brantley. The commonality there is obviously Ogunjobi; overall, 97% of fans believe he will be one of the starters. The lowest support to start goes to Jamie Meder, who had 10% of the vote.

Lastly, in Part 3 of our preview, we conducted two polls, first looking at the roster odds of Trenton Thompson. 47% of fans believe he will make the roster, which is damn high for an undrafted free agent.

Our final poll question asked which of the remaining defensive lineman fans were most intrigued by. DE Marcell Frazier led the way with 50% of the votes, followed by DT Daniel Ekuale (24%), DT Jeremy Faulk (14%), and DE Lenny Jones (12%).
