The Cleveland Browns released their inactive list for their second preseason game against the Buffalo Bills.
Dan Labbe of the Plain Dealer provided the list of inactives a little more than an hour before Friday night’s 7:30 p.m. kickoff at FirstEnergy Stadium.

No surprises here. Projected starters Kevin Zeitler and Trevon Coley remain sidelined for another week as expected, and rotational defensive tackle Caleb Brantley will also miss the game. Surprise standout defensive end Marcell Frazier will miss this week after suffering a concussion.
Notably, the Browns have moved tight end Darren Fells to the second tight end position, replacing fullback Danny Vitale. After releasing fullback Marquez Williams, the Browns may be attempting to try different combinations of tight ends to potentially fill the rarely-deployed fullback duties with H-backs instead of keeping a fullback on their roster.
We’ll see how this plays out tonight and over the following two preseason games, but it wouldn’t be the first time an NFL team decides to enter a season without a traditional fullback on its roster.
