Prior to the Cleveland Browns’ first preseason game, GM John Dorsey said in an interview that the team would like to bring WR Dez Bryant in next week, but he hasn’t returned his phone calls.
#Browns Dorsey says he’d have Dez Bryant in next week “if he returns a phone call. He won’t return any phone calls”..other receivers coming in next week

Then, a little bit of crazy ensued. Just before the Browns started playing their first preseason game against the New York Giants, Bryant started tweeting. First, he said he wouldn’t mind playing for the Browns.
For real... I wouldn’t mind playing for the browns.. I just want to be right first https://t.co/svDXxKKYkg

Then, during the game, Bryant said he would be starting his visits next week and that he would be “coming to Cleveland to see Dorsey.”
Starting my visits next week...I’m coming to the Land to see you Mr Dorsey

Dorsey had a choice response, per Zac Jackson of The Athletic:
Informed of the Dez tweet that he's coming to Cleveland next week, John Dorsey just picked up his phone here in the pressbox and said "it ain't ringing."
