This week’s FanPulse voting results are in, heading into Week 8 of the NFL season. If you haven’t signed up to vote each week, you can still do so here.

The Browns confidence improved 15 percentage points from 43% to 58% between Weeks 7 and 8, despite having a bye week. As it turns out, further time away from a loss provides some optimism. The optimism could also be attributed to things like Rashard Higgins, Kareem Hunt, Denzel Ward, and Greedy Williams all set to return to action this coming week or relatively soon.

This week’s main national poll asked whether fans were confident that NFL games are being officiated fairly, and over 75% of fans answered “no.” I fell into that crowd too, but I don’t know what the solution is. With the more replay angles in today’s day and social media, every play is subject to increased scrutiny.

There was a bonus national question this week, asking what the best football movie of all time is. “Remember the Titans” was the top vote-getter with about 35% of the votes.
