The Browns confidence dropped 16 percentage points from 32% to 16% between Weeks 15 and 16. That officially marks a new low for the 2019 season, considering that it basically eliminated the Browns from postseason contention. If Cleveland couldn’t handle Arizona last week, what gives us confidence that they’ll handle Baltimore in Week 16? I don’t have a good feel for how the confidence rating would improve if Cleveland were to win their final two games.
