The Browns confidence dropped 16 percentage points from 32% to 16% between Weeks 15 and 16. That officially marks a new low for the 2019 season, considering that it basically eliminated the Browns from postseason contention. I don’t have a good feel for how the confidence rating would improve if Cleveland were to win their final two games.
