Todd McShay of ESPN released his third mock draft of the year last Wednesday. To compare, here is who he had the Cleveland Browns taking in his first two mock drafts:
McShay 1.0: DT Ed Oliver
McShay 2.0: DT Christian Wilkins
This time, priorities shifted to the offensive line. With that 17th overall pick, McShay wants Cleveland to look at a left tackle candidate beyond Greg Robinson:
No. 17: Cleveland Browns - OT Andre Dillard, Washington State - “Dillard showed off elite athleticism for the position at the combine. He is a superb pass-protector who also has the range to cut off linebackers at the second level. And the Browns will be looking for a young left tackle to help protect Baker Mayfield’s blind side for years to come.”
