We are on to Day 2 of free agency for the Cleveland Browns and the rest of the NFL. We should have some more contract-related news today, and who knows — maybe the Browns will even pull off a couple more trades or signings!

2019 Browns Free Agency Live Blog - Day 2


4:00 PM: So, apparently, some big-time free agent was spotted by Nathan Zegura and his co-host walking by as they were hosting their radio show in Berea. But, because they work for the Browns, they can’t say anything. Who could it have been?


2:54 PM: The Browns confirmed yesterday’s signings today, and also announced the signing of OL Eric Kush. He got some starting experience last year with the Bears, and was originally drafted by GM John Dorsey in Kansas City back in 2013. He plays center/guard, and with the departure of RG Kevin Zeitler, it makes sense to add another option there.


10:46 AM: The contract details are out for new Browns DT Sheldon Richardson. We will have separate posts this week breaking down the contracts of all of Cleveland’s new additions.


10:00 AM: The Jets have cut former Browns RB Isaiah Crowell.
