The Cleveland Browns are busy making moves on the first today of offseason programs, with the latest one being that the team is waiving WR Ricardo Louis:
The #Browns have waived fourth-year receiver Ricardo Louis, source said. A former 4th round pick gets waived the same day Odell Beckham Jr. arrives in the building.

Louis was a 4th round pick in the 2016 NFL Draft. In 2017, Louis started 9 games for a depleted Browns receiving room, catching 27 passes for 357 yards. Before he could compete for a roster spot last season, he was placed on injured reserve with a neck injury.
It won’t be easy for Louis to catch on with another team, coming off of injury and having had a relatively lackluster tenure with the Browns. Dropped passes plagued him. For any slight potential that Louis showed, this became all too common:
He isn't alone in the drops blame game, but I need Ricardo Louis to show some consistency soon. pic.twitter.com/9UuIr6fbxh

Louis’ chances of sticking around weren’t very good anyway, with Odell Beckham, Jarvis Landry, Antonio Callaway, and Rashard Higgins all definitely ahead of him on the depth chart.
The team also announced the waiving of CB Howard Wilson, a fourth-round pick from 2017 who missed each of the past two seasons to injuries.
