The Cleveland Browns signed LB Mack Wilson on Friday. He is one of two players who signed on Friday, meaning five of the team’s seven-person draft class have now been signed.
Taken in the 5th round at No. 155 overall, Wilson’s contract will be worth about $2.829 million, with a $308,796 signing bonus over four years, according to OverTheCap’s pre-determined draft chart. His cap hit in 2019 will be roughly $572,199, which puts him behind the likes of Christian Kirksey, Joe Schobert, Adarius Taylor, and Ray-Ray Armstrong.
Wilson was the team’s fourth player selected in the draft, their first of two fifth-round picks, and their second of two linebackers picked. He is 6-1, 240-pounds and played college football at Alabama. Wilson will wear No. 51 with the Browns.
