I wonder why?

Thanks to everyone who signed up for FanPulse last week! The first surveys went out and the results are in, where two questions were asked (note: you can view league-wide results here). The first one is the regular question that measures Browns fans’ confidence in the direction of the team. Remember that this question only gets sent to Browns fans, so you don’t have the effect of division rivals sabotaging results.

98% of fans are confident in the direction of the Browns after the first preseason game. Technically, that’s a 2% dropoff from after free agency, when an astounding 100% voted their confidence. There’s really no reason for fans to have lost support since then, but hey, it’s only 2%.

The national question that was asked was about which team fans felt would not repeat as division champions. My gut tells ms that Browns fans played a big role in this result, as the Baltimore Ravens were the leading team chosen for the AFC North, just barely topping the Dallas Cowboys not repeating in the AFC East.

It’s not too late if you still want to sign up for FanPulse! Remember the surveys are very quick and easy to take — this one took me 20 seconds to fill out and be done with. You can sign up here.
