So much for getting a little bit of help back. The Cleveland Browns announced their gameday inactives for Week 3’s Sunday Night Football game against the Los Angeles Rams, and it isn’t pretty.
The following players are inactive:
OFFENSE
- WR Rashard Higgins
- RT Chris Hubbard
- OT Kendall Lamm
DEFENSE
- CB Denzel Ward
- CB Greedy Williams
- S Damarious Randall
- S Morgan Burnett
—
On the bright side, DE Genard Avery and OL Austin Corbett are active for the first time this season (shrugs).
WR Damion Ratley will continue to play in place of Higgins. Filling in at right tackle will be OL Justin McCray. On defense, the Browns run a 4-2-5 defense. LB Mack Wilson will start in place of LB Christian Kirksey, who is on injured reserve. The secondary will consist of CB Terrance Mitchell, CB T.J. Carrie, DB Juston Burris, S Eric Murray, and S Jermaine Whitehead.
