Cleveland stays steady despite a win over Washington last week: fans want to see more.

The third week of SB Nation Reacts voting is in, heading into Week 4 of the NFL season. If you haven’t signed up to vote each week, you can do so here.

The week-to-week confidence meter among Browns fans stayed steady, decreasing 1 percentage point, from 85% last week to 84% this week. The fact that confidence didn't increase, despite the team winning to improve to 2-1, shows that fans want to see the team pull off a victory against a more competitive team. In the first national poll to the right of that, you see that 55% of fans think the NFL should change its overtime rules. I still hate that games can end in a tie; let them go on until there is a score.

There were two other national polls. The first one asked fans which team has been the biggest disappointment, and the vote was pretty equally split between the Vikings, Eagles, and Saints. Lastly, 68% of fans think the defending Super Bowl champions are better than they were a year ago, which I have to agree with.
