Callahan led the Raiders to an appearance in Super Bowl XXXVII, becoming just the fourth rookie head coach in NFL history to earn a Super Bowl berth.
  • Browns LBs coach Jason Tarver (2012-14) and DC Joe Woods (2014) spent time on the Raiders coaching staff.

  • The last time these two teams met in the regular season was September 13, 2018, when the Raiders defeated the Browns 45-42 in overtime in Oakland. That was the game where Nick Chubb first came on the scene and had 3 carries for 101 yards and 2 touchdowns, including one that put Cleveland on top. However, Derek Carr got a game-tying touchdown pass with 0:30 to go, and in overtime, a field goal by Oakland prevented a tie.
