- The situation to watch this week is with the Browns’ offensive line. RG Wyatt Teller is out, and rookie Nick Harris will start in his place. Chris Hubbard is on injured reserve, which hurts the team’s reserve depth. The other thing we’re watching is the status of starting LT Jedrick Wills, who is on the reserve/COVID-19 list. He should be cleared for Sunday if he continues to test negative.
- LB Malcolm Smith is questionable with a hamstring injury. Everyone else is good-to-go for the Browns this week. FS Andrew Sendejo is back from his concussion and will start. SS Ronnie Harrison appears ready to return for Week 17.
- Backup CB Javelin Guidry is out for the Jets, and WR Jeff Smith is questionable. Everyone else is good-to-go for them. DL Quinnen Williams, who had 7 sacks this season and was having a breakout year, was placed on injured reserve this week, so that will no doubt hurt their defense. LB Harvey Langi, who had been starting as of late, was also placed on IR this week.
