The Raiders are finally ready for their move to Las Vegas and the first player drafted for the new city is a player with proven production and no drama. Antonio Brown left a gaping hole at wide receiver and the Las Vegas Raiders intend to address this with their first of two picks in the first round. Jon Gruden will utilize Jeudy’s pro ready skill set with an offense that is stable at the quarterback, offensive line and tight end positions.

As a two year starter, Jeudy has established himself as the premier wide receiver in college football playing against the best competition. The junior received the 2018 Biletnikoff Award along with two All America honors. Jeudy has a great ability to get open and make things happen after the catch. He is difficult to cover one on one and is a very good blocker. A good tough football player is what Las Vegas needs, it’s great that Jeudy is that player and fills a need at wider-receiver. Raider Nation will be happy with this pick for years to come.

Pokorny: “The big question for me is whether the Raiders say ‘screw it’ and decide to draft a new quarterback here. Building at cornerback or wide receiver seem like reasonable options with either the No. 12 or No. 19 pick, so they can afford to take one of the top receivers here since they will be picking again before long.”
