This was a tough choice between Riggs, Kinlaw, and Mims. After much debate, I chose Mims for his size and speed combo. He is a high upside player that I would feel confident that Shanahan will unlock his potential. Looking at this WR class, I feel Mims has a good chance to be the best of the group with the right coach, which he would get in SF.

Pokorny: “Yet another team with multiple first-round picks, the 49ers don’t have any picks in rounds 2-4, so it’s possible they do some shuffling to add picks in those rounds. If they stay put, they’d hate to see two receivers come off the board in front of them. Although Kyle Shanahan can make his offense work with pretty much anyone, the team is losing Emmanuel Sanders after a one-year rental on him.”
