The Cleveland Browns signed S Grant Delpit on Wednesday. With the signing, the team has now signed all seven of their 2020 draft picks.
Taken in the 2nd round at No. 44 overall, Delpit’s contract will be worth about $7.465 million, with a $2.989 million signing bonus over four years, according to OverTheCap’s pre-determined draft chart. His cap hit in 2020 will be roughly $1.357 million, which is the third highest on the team at safety behind Karl Joseph and Andrew Sendejo.
Delpit was the team’s second player selected in the draft and their only defensive back picked. He is 6-2, 213-pounds and played college football at LSU. Delpit will wear No. 22 with the Browns.
