On August 22, August 23 and August 30, Cribbs will be joined by former Cleveland players Joe Thomas and Andrew Hawkins and Chris Rose, currently an NFL Network studio host.
The opportunity to experience training camp with the Browns and interact with the fans, even if it is not in person, was appealing to Rose, he said in the team’s news release:
“We know we’ve got a great opportunity to give something that people have been thirsting for ever since COVID came into everyone’s life in this country. We’ve been waiting for football, we’ve been waiting for the Browns.
“You look at this roster and you go we’ve got a chance to do something special. To be able to deliver that to people here in August and early September is kind of an amazing feeling for a kid who grew up loving the Browns.”
While it will not be the same as being there in person, it is nice to see the Browns turn the challenge of this summer’s training camp into an opportunity to still connect with the fans.
