The Cleveland Browns continued to make roster moves on Tuesday as the team activated running back Dontrell Hilliard and safety Jovante Moffatt off the Reserve/COVID-19 list.

The club had originally placed Hilliard and Moffett on the list, which is used for players who have tested positive for COVID-19 or currently in quarantine due to being in close contact with someone who had a positive case, on July 26.

Hilliard and Moffatt are the second and third players to come off the list this week, joining punter Jamie Gillan, who was activated on Monday. Quarterback Garrett Gilbert remains on the list as does wide receiver Ja’Marcus Bradley.

Hilliard, who joined the Browns as an undrafted free agent in 2018, lead the club with 421 kickoff returns yards last season while rushing for 49 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Moffatt is an undrafted free agent out of Middle Tennessee State.

Earlier on Tuesday, the Browns announced the defensive tackle Andrew Billings is opting out for the 2020 season.
